It’s Loading Day!  Today felt much like moving day with a definite sense of excitement about what is to come, but also a lot of coordination and hard work.  The LASER team in Miami began the process of loading drifters, drift cards, CTDs, ADCPs, floats, personal gear, and much much more onto the  R/V Walton Smith as well as two shipping containers that will go on the Masco8 (our second ship for the cruise).  In total, there will be more than 5 metric tons of equipment.
